All chord progressions and bass lines in this pack are composed and produced entirely in-house by tomatovox. Nothing is resold, repackaged, or derived from third-party content.

You may edit this MIDI data and use the resulting songs — whether commercial or non-commercial — for music production, video production, game development, and similar projects. There's no obligation to credit us.

Seller & Order Processing

This MIDI pack is sold by tomatovox records.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For technical questions about the MIDI files themselves (for example, loading them into your DAW), please contact us first via our Support form or at tomatovox.support@gmail.com. Refunds approved under the Support & Refund Policy below are processed through Paddle.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Reselling, transferring, or redistributing this MIDI data — including the product name, all of its content, and the raw data files themselves — as well as any secondary distribution or sale as part of a sample pack or similar collection.
Using this MIDI data for purposes that violate public order and morals, or in connection with any illegal activity.

Support & Refund Policy

Until around 2005, double-clicking a MIDI file would play it back with a default player. Today, playing a MIDI file requires you to set up your own software/app — this is now the standard. Because of this, this product is intended for users who already have a DAW.

Refund Policy

If you were unable to load the purchased MIDI file into your DAW by dragging and dropping it, please follow the steps below. We will issue a refund only if the issue still cannot be resolved.

Mistaking the fact that double-clicking won't open the file for corruption is not eligible for a refund. Understanding this in advance is a required condition of purchase.

Your initial request (via the Support form) must be made within 7 days of purchase. The refund itself will only be issued after completing the process below. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law or under Paddle's Refund Policy.

There may be a delay due to time zone differences, but our team will always respond — please wait with peace of mind.

Refund process:

1 Using our Support form, tell us that you were unable to drag and drop the MIDI file into your DAW. We will review the details of the issue.
2 We will resend the same MIDI file to you directly by email.
3 Please try this with the resent file: rename its extension from .midi to .mid, then try dragging and dropping it into your DAW again.
4 Once we confirm that the resent file still cannot be dragged and dropped into your DAW, we will always issue a refund. There may be a delay due to time zone differences, but please wait with peace of mind.
